Physical training in the GCA are very rich and varied,because every teacher and every student are very pay attention.
At PE class,we had tried some we never have played sports,such as:hockey.When I first to play the hockey,I was very exicting,I know,hockey is Canada's tradition sports,so be a Chinese student to play this sports,I thing is very interesting.
PE in GCA is more difficult than other common school in China,because we need pass through any test,so the training is the most important.
In the Spring Festival holiday,I had 10 hours outside sports training.Firstly,I went to Nanjing university,I did basketball training,it had many many adults there,but I didn't care,because basketball is my strong point.
And I went to the playground,I did the running training,running in the GCA's PE class is very important.
After 5 days,I finished all the training,it was a difficult plan,but I can do the best.

My club,My dancing
M y club in the school is Dancing Club,this club's leader is Only from grade 11.The members belongs to this club are all like dance,many girls likes to learn girls's hip-hop,our boys likes to learn breaking,this style are very danger,we usually need handstand,so boys need more power.
Every saturday's afternoon is our club's activity time,every members need go to school's gym,everybody must go to trianing.Mona from grade 11 is girl's teacher,Only is boy's teacher.
Trianing is boring,but dance need trianing.Everybody,especally everyboy need some new ideals to create some new action,and we need trianing too.
Also,Only will go to take some of the games with us,we can learn many things and exchange experience wiht other dancers.
On January 11th,Only and I went to a street dance match,I found many acesat there,I can learned many things before I didin't know.
I think if I love street dance,love Breaking,I will insist trianing,I just need more efforts.
I believe myself!

My volunteer work in the holiday
During the Spring festival holiday,I went to my father's company to finished my volunteer work.
At the first day's morning,I was very excited,because I was a accountant in the company,my father is a general manager in this company,but before he became general manager,he was a accountant in other company.My mother was aaccountant too,so I wanted to be a accountant,I want to have a try.
I was in a part of this company,there was a room to supervised bills.Before the volunteer work started,I believed this work was very simple,just went to the bank and recorded some bills,but I was wrong,this work were not so easy,because some procedures I didn't knew about it,for example,I didn't knew how to said to the workers in the bank,how to deal with some bills,Oh,this work was so hard.
But old Chinese said: There is always a way out.My father was came to taught me,in the bank ,first I should gave the cash remittance to the worker,after this I must to fill in the bills,and give to another accountant.
I was so happy to knew about that,so I really wantde to got relaxed,I was so tired ,volunteer were so tired.
But I was so lucky,the volunteers for 2008 Beijing Olympic were really tired,many things need them to finished everyday,me? just a little work.
Volunteer work is a significative work,it good for many children.

GUEST ARTIST
A guest came to made speech at GCA. Mr.Zhao is a famous garden designer in China.
In the begining, he told us what is a garden. He said the word "GARDEN" is from Latins,in Chinese, garden have a outside a box, it more like a garden. Many hundred years ago, the garden in China include the royal garden, the private garden and the temple garden.
Suzhou garden is the most famous garden in the China, it have about 1000 years history. Suzhou garden was a private garden in the beginging, many students in the garden to talk with some Chinese history. The enviroment here is very good.
The Suzhou garden's design is very difficult, because in this garden, the trees, pool, pavilions are very difficult to typesetting. So, the old Chinese designer were great.
Many another famous garden in China are great too. Such as Hangzhou garden and the garden near the westlake.
Also, the garden designers need many inspirations, in peactime, designers need to find some thing about art.
